- NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERIES will be shipped the following day if ordered after 1pm.
- We ship on working days (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed during the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped the next working day.

To ensure your delivery arrives safely and when you expect it, please ensure that you check all the details before completing your order. Make sure you have checked all the information is accurate, including delivery date, full address, postcode and the recipient’s email address or phone number.
Delivery options & surcharges
We deliver FREE throughout mainland UK! All our orders are shipped on a next working day basis, subject to availability.
Orders received by 1pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for next working day delivery (if available in your area). Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
Need your delivery at the weekend? We offer Saturday and Sunday delivery for a surcharge of £8 inc VAT (subject to your area)

We are sad to say that we are currently unable to ship outside of mainland UK. We hope this will change soon.
Delivery to multiple addresses.
If you are ordering a few hampers to go to different people, don’t worry, it’s easy. Just select the beautiful hampers that you want and head to the cart. Once there, you’ll see a box on the left, “Ship to multiple addresses”, just tick that box, and you’ll be able to input all the addresses of your lucky recipients.

What if my goods have been damaged or lost in transit?
Peach Hampers takes the best care in producing and shipping your beautiful hampers and gifts. However, if the unexpected happens, we’ll do our best to help.
If you or your recipient sadly receives a gift that has been damaged in transit, we will guarantee to replace the goods as long as you let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us an image of the damaged goods along with the order details and full delivery address to email@example.com or contact your account manager.
If damaged goods are refused by the recipient, they will be returned to us.
We will replace goods lost in transit provided we are informed within 28 days of the expected delivery date.
What happens if the recipient is not in?
Please ensure you provide us with the contact details of the recipient when you place your order. Your recipient will then receive a ONE-HOUR delivery slot, so they can be sure not to miss their stunning hamper arriving at their door.
However, if they do miss their delivery, there are options if they happen to be out when the courier attempts delivery.
- Collection from the nearest depot. Collection will be possible the working day AFTER the attempted delivery.
- Re-delivery to the original address during working hours.
Note: It is very important to ensure that you have provided us with the recipient’s contact details to make sure that they receive all delivery updates. If this is not possible, please include your own email address or phone number for tracking.
Any parcels that are undelivered or not collected within 5 working days will be automatically returned to Peach Hampers. We can then arrange re-delivery to the original address or an alternative address for a surcharge of £8.00 inc VAT. Please note, due to the perishable nature of our products, if returned items are deemed unsuitable for resale or need replacing, an additional charge may be incurred.
If a courier needs help delivering a gift, they will contact Peach Hampers for further instructions. So please ensure you provide us with full and accurate delivery and contact information. Providing a telephone number for the recipient will also assist the driver if they need help locating the address.
If you think your recipient will be out at work during delivery times, don’t worry; we can deliver to their business address.
